Lilian Guiran, Guest Curator of the 17ᵗʰ edition

As Guest Curator, Lilian Guiran will contribute to the selection of artworks, bringing his own curatorial vision.

Active in the digital arts field for over 10 years, his practice explores our vulnerabilities and the transformations brought about by technology, reminding us that we co-create artworks shaped as much by our impulses as by our flaws.

As a curator, he seeks to highlight the sensitive dimension of digital arts and the notion of intentionality, where poetry and technique coexist freely, regardless of context.

In 2018, he co-founded Isotone, a studio specializing in the production of immersive and interactive works and performances. He has collaborated with Martin Messier across 14 venues, as well as with Stéphane Guiran on several projects bridging digital and contemporary art. Today, he works across curatorial, artistic direction and technical roles for various organizations, with expertise in museum-based dissemination.
